The Director’s vision towards the growth along with efficient manpower enabled them to establish further by expanding up by adding Asian Cast & Forgings to their portfolio. At Asian Cast & Forgings , we cater to Steel & Iron forgings of different grades.
The Company has a streamlined processing unit supported by in house tooling and Quality Hammers providing a lead. Their aim is to establish a complete manufacturing facility from Raw forge to finished machined products as per the customer needs. The company focuses to play as an important to OEM role in the automotive and parts industry as they are doing in bicycle industry for years. The company believes in Short lead time and no defect policy leading to optimum products.

Forge Shop
The Company started its operations with Drop forge process starting from a fully equipped Tooling section and Drop Forge Hammers of 1 tonnes (Massy, UK) and 1.5 tonnes providing high quality products. The Forge Shop is supported by Bandsaw cutting machines and trimming , grinding and Shot Blast sections.
When the heated billet comes from Induction Billet Heater, it is forged (Closed Die Forging) with the help of Drop Hammers.
